Sample template. Projects, figures and the wallet address are placeholders. Only publish claims you have actually built, and get legal advice before running a real sale.

Sales

Pick a live sale to load it into the purchase card. Upcoming and ended sales are shown for reference.

How we protect participants

These are the rules every TonPad sale is designed around. Replace this copy with exactly what your contracts enforce.

Milestone-based release

Raised TON is not handed to the team at once. It unlocks in stages as the team reaches the milestones published before the sale.

Refund if the goal is missed

If a sale does not reach its soft cap, contributions are returned to the wallets that sent them.

Vetted projects only

Teams are identified, products are reviewed, and token distribution and lock-ups are published before a sale opens.

Frequently asked questions

How do I pay?

Connect your TON wallet, enter an amount and confirm in your wallet. This page never asks for your private key or seed phrase.

When do I get my tokens?

Each sale page states its distribution date and method. State this clearly for every real sale.

What if a sale fails?

Describe your actual refund rules here. Only promise automatic refunds if a smart contract enforces them.

How do I avoid fake sites?

Only use links from official TonPad channels. On your wallet's confirmation screen, compare the address with the one in the official announcement.

Is this investment advice?

No. TonPad provides information about token sales and does not recommend any purchase.

Risk warning. Early-stage crypto projects are high risk and you may lose everything you contribute. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice. Do your own research and only use funds you can afford to lose. Token sales are regulated in some countries; check the rules where you live.
