1. Summary
GramPad is a launchpad for token sales on TON. Projects apply and are reviewed before they are listed. Each sale has clear terms for price, caps and vesting, and holders of GPAD are planned to get early access.
GPAD is the utility token of the platform. The GPAD presale runs in three stages, targets in total and funds building the platform.
2. The problem
Starting a token sale is cheap. Judging one is hard.
- Scattered information. Price, caps, vesting and team details live in chats, posts and separate websites, so comparing sales takes effort.
- No common standard. Every project builds its own sale page and payment flow, and terms are not presented the same way twice.
- Uneven access. Smaller participants often hear about good sales late and have no way to qualify for guaranteed allocation.
3. The launch board
GramPad is being built as one place on TON where reviewed projects run their sales on standard terms.
How a launch will work
- Apply. The project sends its details through the Launch App.
- Review. We check the team, the product and the token plan. Criteria will be published.
- Set the terms. Raise target, price, caps and vesting are agreed and shown on the sale page.
- Launch. The sale goes on the board and opens to GPAD holders first.
The Launch App preview is live today at launchpad.html. No project sale is live yet.
4. The GPAD token
GPAD is the utility token of the platform. Its planned uses:
- Allocation tiers. Stake GPAD to qualify for guaranteed allocation in partner sales.
- Fee discounts. Holders pay lower platform fees when joining or listing sales.
- Listing votes. Stakers vote on which projects pass review and get listed.
5. The presale
Participants pay in GRAM, the native coin of the TON network (formerly Toncoin), from a self-custody wallet, using the presale page.
Stages
Rules
- Stages close when their cap is full or their time runs out, whichever comes first. The next stage opens right away with its own countdown.
- Unsold tokens of a closed stage are burned. They do not roll into the next stage.
- Crossing a boundary. A payment that fills a stage is split, and each part is priced at its own stage.
- Limits. per payment. The site cannot stop one person from sending several payments.
- Late or oversized payments. A payment that arrives after the sale has closed, or above the remaining cap, is not allocated GPAD.
- Prices are fixed in GRAM. Dollar figures use a reference price of per GRAM and move with the market.
- Payments are final. There are no refunds. Pay from a wallet you control, not from an exchange.
Claiming
After the token launches, buyers claim GPAD to the wallet they paid from: % at launch, and the rest unlocking linearly over months. All stages share the same vesting.
6. Tokenomics
Allocation of GPAD
Use of presale funds
Launch liquidity pairs of all funds raised with GPAD and is locked for 12 months. If the presale is fully sold, the starting price would be per GPAD, about above stage 3. If the presale is not fully sold, the starting price will be lower. This is a design target, not a price promise.
7. Roadmap
The plan is counted from the end of the presale, called T. Dates are targets shown from the latest possible end of the sale (), and can move. The claim opens only after the token and claim contracts have been reviewed.
8. Security and transparency
- Live today: the presale page reads progress directly from the chain, and every payment can be checked in a block explorer. Buyers can see their own payments on the My payments page.
- Planned: moving sale funds to a multi-signature wallet.
- Planned: an independent review of the GPAD and claim contracts before the claim opens.
- Planned: publishing contract addresses, lock proofs and the allocation list.
- Planned: announcing the team and partners.
Nobody from GramPad will ever ask for your seed phrase or private key. Any site or message asking you to "migrate" or "convert" TON or GRAM is a scam. Only use links from our official channels.
9. Risks
- Market risk. Crypto assets are volatile. GPAD may lose most or all of its value.
- Delivery risk. The platform is in development. It may be delayed, change or never launch as described.
- Liquidity risk. There is no guarantee that GPAD will be tradable or that a market will exist.
- Smart contract risk. Contracts can contain bugs even after review. Funds can be lost.
- Regulatory risk. Rules for token sales differ by country and can change. Participation may become restricted.
- Dependency risk. GramPad relies on the TON network, wallets and third-party data services.
- No refunds. Payments are final once confirmed on-chain.
